Outsurance aim is to clear OUT your wallet

• I pay an exorbitant amount to cover my cell phones. The premium for this does not appear to cover the associated risk, as I made one claim during the year, and Outsurance wants to increase my policy by R760.03. This is ******ion in my view, after being a loyal customer for over 10 years, according to them.

Questioning the Purpose of Insurance

• When I questioned this with staff, I was told it was because I made a claim! What do you take insurance for? To make Outsurance rich and not claim in the event of something going wrong out of fear of being penalized?
