OUTSURANCE agent not truthful

Received a quote from Sirion and he told me there would be NO excess on any item. He also gave me a price for the quote. I did not accept quote at that moment.<br> Later I phoned back to query something and a different agent said he changed quote and put an excess on one motor vehicle,<br> Now I will have to sit for another 2 hours going through the quote to see what else he decided to change!<br> Can't believe anything they tell you until it is in black and white!!!
