Outsurance agent cut the call after high quote

I sat on a call with the call center agent for over 10 minutes and she was unable to beat my current insurance premium so she cut the call. This was done to avoid paying the R400 promotion offer. Pathetic Outsurance. I'll never insure with you guys in the future if this is the type of service you offer.
