<p>Called the Outsurance emergency number and Whitney Taaibosch answered, from the beginning to end she was extremly professional and helpful, call was logged and I was advised that a plumber would call with in 45minutes, he arrived within 10 minutes and completed the job within a hour, Peter from RMS was excellent too.</p> <p>This is excellent service from Outsurance and the plumber from RMS thank you.</p>
