Outsurance advertises on TV (not once but numerous times per evening) to contact them to get a quotation. IF they cannot match your insurance premium - they will pay you R500,00. I asked for a quote and they cannot match my insurance. After numerous emails send to a "Dawna" what is the procedure to get the money - - there is no sound/email and/or telephone call - Outsurance disappears. This is against the law to advertise such information and they disappear. My contact details are *** or ***
