Outsurance Ad a lie!

The outsurance ad that if they cant beat your current insurance they will pay you R400 and R800 if you have been claim free for 3 years is a lie. They contacted me and asked if they could quote me. I knew that they could never beat my current insurer so I agreed. After the quote I got sent my claim forms which I completed today and sent back. Unfortunately on Saturday I accepted the household insurance that I was also quoted. Now I get told I can't get the promotion because I am currently insured with outsurance? Since when do household and car walk hand in hand? I have mailed the person who told me this this morning and even asked them to call me but to no avail. I am going to cancel my household insurance. I don't do business with people or companies with no morals!
