Outsurance accuse client for lying !!!

They lucky to even get a 1 star if I could put it into negative I would !!!

So I was on my way home 3am in the morning coming from my mom's place from playing video games as she has uncapped Wi-Fi, we got involved in an accident after a whole process with the police and getting the report and statements done we call the insurance to sort out our claims! Now this is where I lost my ****!!! They call my girlfriend saying oh we lying we had an accident before that do they want a ping of our cellphone locations and a bank statement to see if we never went out drinking!!! So now I get accused for lying now what happens when I prove them wrong? I am a mature male I don't go partying anymore I'm 25 I chill at home I don't drink cops were there to prove we had no alcohol in our system at all!!! But the fact that they accuse me for lying what can be done after I prove we arnt lying ?
