OUTsurance accident

I was in a motor vehicle accident in June of last year. A person drove into the back of me caused quite a serious accident. Luckily I only walked away with whiplash and a massive headache from hitting my head on the steering wheel. An Outsurance tow truck driver was on the scene within minutes and towed my car to the nearest yard for inspection. The Outsurance approved tow driver was friendly and very helpful. I immediately took pictures and went to the police station to get a case number before going to the hospital to check on my minor injuries.

Outsurance were absolutely great in their attempt to recover my excess that needed to be paid by me for my accident. The other driver refused to pay for the excess( although it was his fault) and wanted to go legal. The legal team at Outsuance were right there for me every step of the way. I didn't have to worry about a thing as they were taking care of it.

I have been a client of Outsurance for more than 7 years now and I trust them implicitly. Thank you Outsurance team for all your assistance, patience, input and time .
