OUTsurance - absolutely excellent

Absolutely excellent - we had a geyser problem and registered it on the OUTsurance App. 30 seconds later OUTsurance called to resolve the claim. 45 minutes later the plumbers arrived. 2 hours and 30 minutes later the plumbers had replaced my geyser. 10 minutes after the plumbers left, OUTsurance called to verbally state what the plumbers had done. WOW - what other company provides a service like this ...... OUTsurance is a breath of fresh air for sure....... Thanks a million.
