Outsurance car insurance is the absolute worst!!

Their client,in the wring,drove into my car. They sent an assessor out,who could not see the damage underneath my car. Her words were that they need to fetch the car,wich is not driveable,to lift it up and assessed from underneath

Wich is supposed to be a write off,they are only paying out R19430.

Being a new car with only 30000 on the clock.

Pathetic,how can they make a descision without assessing the vehicle correctly.

A few professional people,including panelbeaters have said this car is a write off.

Outsurance is quick to take money,but when they have ti pay out,they come with many stories.
