Outsurance - a terrible insurance company
I absolutely regret ever moving to Outsurance!! The monthly premium is debited like clockwork, but when you need them most, they just ignore you especially in an emergency. I've been waiting for almost two weeks to be assisted despite emailing them numerous times as well as calling in. I even requested assistance via twitter but received empty promises. Pathetic!!
