Outsurance a dud
A question to outsurance life. Has anybody had the same experience. On my outsurance app. It showed we would get out bonuses at the end of this month. Yesterday however this vanished from my app. I phoned out surance they informed me that life only pays out every 5 years thus its only in 2years time. I don't have a screen shot of this. But this is not the kind of mistake I make. Also when I read the schedule I notice something life insurance is only guaranteed for 5 years this is not something they mention or follow up on. So I'm in the market for a new life insurance. Any suggestions people. I'm not going to fight this at all. I'm just moving. I'm tired of fighting big corporations for terrible outcomes

I do monitor all FINANCIALS.
I was given this INFORMATION when I phoned your call centre. However the reason why I am completely sure that your system was incorrect and had now been corrected is that my hubby turns 50 on that day and the outbonus was earmarked for a surprise for him I double checked it and I was pleasantly surprised. You can try and try and try to convince me but I am completely sure. But as you know I have no proof. Sooo it has convinced me that OUTSURANCE can't be trusted and therefore I have made up my mind.
