Outsurance a disgrace

I was involved in an accident with one of their clients, their client admitted to speeding! Amd their client skipped a robot, I have tried numerous times to explain this to them but they stated I needed evidence I tried vumacam and beagle watch cameras on the corner of Jim foucher and hendrik portgiter but unfortunately their cameras were out of angle, they now want to send me a legal claim when I have currently been unemployed the car I was driving was a vehicle that wasn't even mine I was using a car that is still under estate due to the passing of a family member I own nothing and have nothing to be attached besides maybe my cell phone these people don't listen and why should I be the one to prove that their client hit into me why don't they prove that I hit into their client best of all with a car that was standing dead still

Still so much frustration!!!

Brian the individual that phoned me caused me so much frustration and aggravation, ************ to push someone and get a response from someone is their main objective

Brian this is aim directly at you and also toward outsurance this is from our traffic law

Whenever you enter an intersection, even if you have a green light, make sure there is enough room to get completely across it. Vehicles coming from the front have right of way. You are a nuisance and a danger if some portion of your vehicle is blocking the oncoming traffic lane.

The vehicles who are already in the intersection may cross even when the light changes to red but do not enter the intersection if there is not enough space for you in the lane you want to cross/ turn into. This will lead to an intersection block and will cause traffic delays, confusion and danger.

Firstly I entered the intersection when the light was green and gave the right of way to oncoming traffic

Second I did not block traffic and be a nuisance and a danger

3rd there was enough room for me to enter the lane I was crossing into

Here are the rules about our Amber and red light

Red steady lights
At this traffic light, your vehicle must come to a complete stop behind the solid white line. It has the same meaning as a stop sign.

Amber steady lights
When you see this light, you must take caution and begin to bring your vehicle to a complete stop unless it is not safe to do so.

Your client had enough time to stop his speeding vehicle as he stated he was going 80 in a 60 zone

He proceeded not to stop and skip the robot and cause the accident

I reiterate this, the light turned Amber after I was already in the intersection I edged forward to ensure I am able to see correctly as there was a ford ranger that I couldn't see past the car as they were also turning from the opposing traffic (opposite direction)
The light was already red as your client skipped the Amber and red robot and hit into my vehicle

On top of all this prior to the accident I already was diagnosed with lordosis and chronic back pain which the accident made worse then to add insult to everything outsurance and Brian the individual that phoned me uses forms of ************ to aggravate someone to say something that they want to use against you.

This is acceptable!

Using a title frustrating somebody aggravating them to coerce them to say something is not the right thing to do, I am not an idiot nor am I someone who will be coerced or influenced to say something you influence

I know outsuranc employees are instructed to protect their customers at all costs I also know that they are the best in the business at repudiation claims.

But I ensure you although I'm unemployed and struggling and have nothing to my name I am still not going to be pushed over and bul**** or coerced its utterly disgusting that they feel like they can do as they please, I know for a fact I did not cause the accident and if I was in the wrong I was going to take my bid hold my cross and I would accept what the outcome would be, but I will fight my case because I know I was not at fault.

I'm going to go to social media and the papers and I will put this out there and go as far as I can to get people to hear this.
