Outsurance a **** company with *********** people
On thw 16 of march i was called from outsurance for a quoate. I told the guy that they should not debit my account I will get back to them if i will take the insurance. And on the 26 march they debit my account with R1255. I reversed the debit order on the 16 April they debit my account again with R453. I reversed it again. On the 26 of April they debit my account again with R1255. 42. On the 29 april i phoned them and ask them to cancell the policy cause i did not agree to anything. On the 5 of may they phoned me and i told them i cancelled and today on the 6 may they debit my account again with R577. I want answers now and i want a refund and a refund for all my bank charges

Your complaint was very concerning and we requested management to listen to the sales call. It was identified that cover was indeed accepted and we also confirmed the start date.

On Thursday 7 May 2020 they phoned me to ask me for bankstAtements to refund my money and it will takr 48 hours so now today i phoned them and Bantho tells me that my refund will only be done on the 6th of June 2020 and he ask me to send my bank statements to different email i refuse to that cause the guy on Thursday told me to send it to ***. Cause they will refund me the premium and bank charges... I can't wait until the 6th of june
