Outsurance, a company of bul****ters it seems.
The poor service. The pushy salesperson. The incorrect cover. The ****ly apology. The price that was more than my prsesent cover.
We then compare this to continuously airing, full of promises, yet monstrously irritating adverts, and we get... FALSE ADVERTISING. I wanted personal cover and Outsurance ****ed it up. I will be moving my business cover away from them very soon.

Thank you for your feedback. We have contacted you to address your concerns and we sent you an amended quotation.
We certainly would not partake in false advertising as our adverts are based on actual profiles.
It is a pity we could not save you money, unfortunately we don’t always save everyone money but we do for a substantial amount of clients. That is why if we can’t save you money we will pay you R400 or R800 depending if you have been claims free for 3-years.
