Outsurance, A Bunch of ******
I was looking to buy comprehensive car insurance and one of the ****** at Outsurance deceived me to take out essential car insurance without explaining everything to me in detail. I’ve been paying 1100 for the past three months and I decided to check what I was actually covered for and only found out that I was only covered for 40 percent of my car’s value in the event of an accident which was about 37k The guy who sold me the insurance **** to me and said that the 37k will be paid to me in the event of a minor accident and further more **** and said if for instance I have an accident and the damages only amount to 5000 they will still pay me 37k I’ve cancelled my policy today and I’ve requested the recording of the call I’m even considering to take the matter up with the insurance ombudsman

Tumo contacted you to discuss what had transpired in the sales call and he apologised for your experience. Our advisor should have initially offered you comprehensive cover and then if you weren't interested, he should have offered you essential cover and discussed the differences between the 2 cover types. We will address the service failure accordingly.
