Outsurance

I had to make a painful phone call to Outsurance to change my policy with their PetInsurance. My little pug boy Lukie passed away and I had to cancel his policy. It took me two weeks to build up the courag. To me it felt that canceling the policy, my best friend would really be gone. I finally made the call and Jessica was so kind and helped me through the process with empathy. Thank you Jessica and OutSurance
