Outsurance

We were in an accident earlier in March 2020. The other car (Outsurance customer) went into the intersection on a green light but was cut of by a truck turning. My wife approached the intersection and the traffic light turned green for her, while the light for the other car turned red with them stationary in the intersection. My wife could not see them stationary in the intersection and went into the intersection on the traffic light being green. The other car then crashed into her. At per Outsurance because the truck indirectly caused the accident we must claim from them. My view is that it was the Outsurance customer that crashed into my wife and therefore Outsurance is liable for the damages. They can claim for the truck (insurance) themselves.
