Outsurance
I would like to give Outsurance ZERO stars. When i had a slight bumb in my complex they looked for any excuse that they don't have to pay and that the other person could of avoided it!! I had a smash and grab and I cant believe that any one will take a policy out with a cover on glass specially living in South Africa!! We don't always read the small print after they sold us the policy over the phone, i have requested my recording and its nearly a month later and still waiting!!!!
Can they beat any other insurer by just giving the info without telling what you paying? any one can go R10 -R50 cheaper and say they beat the price!! I can also BEAT any quote in my business if the client tell me what they paying or show me their quote.

The cover you have is essential cover which doesn't provide cover for glass. The cover was discussed with you at sales stage. The call recording has been sent to you.
