Outsurance
Outsurance is the worst insurance company ever. I had an accident on the 27 November 2021 where someone drove in me. Due to some financial problems I couldn't afford to pay my premium for the Month of November due to I wasn't working. Now when I phone in and explain what happen and I wasn't working. I got told to just pay the premium in and they will cover me. An week later I got told I have no cover due to an missed payment. I requested the phone recording but they sent me the wrong recording. They gave out someone else's recording where I could hear all his personal details on the recording. The second recording they sent they only sent half of it.Up until today I still haven't received the recordings I request.
