outsurance

<p>hi i am so unhappy about outsurance i took my bakkie in for hail damage and got payed out R8000 to get it fixed my self as i was told the amount exceeds the value of my bakkie so i was not happy about it i felt like i was been done in and gave them a 0 ratting i receved a call back only after 3weeks and i told them im not happy about the fact that my bakkie is not covered for more and told them i want to know whats going on as its a double cab and then i heard that its worthR 46500 and asked to please sort this out as the bakkie can not exeed the value that i got from them Thomas from outsurance gave me a call and said it would be sorted out and then phoned me again today on the 20/6/2017 and again i feel like outsurance is trying to do me in i get told that i will only resive R1000 and something rand if i dont send them a invoice on what it cost , i refused to give Thomas and now im the bad one im going to take this to newspapers if i dont come right i feel like im geting done in</p>
