<p>I was asking for an insurance quote form OUTsurance , spoke to a consultant called Ovesh Pather.</p> <p>He was rude to me when I asked why is my insurance so high he says to me, we shouldnt waist each others time Am I going to take the insurance or not.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I declined the insurance and drop the phone, he goes and writes me an email he was going to quote me for R699 since I was rude so rude to him he is going to give it to someone else.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />What kind of a statement is that to a potential customer he even has a nerve of writing me an email and stalking after he spoke to me the way he did. OUTsurance should monitor their staff and how they talk to people. He was rude to me and he even follows me with an email.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Gangster tendecies, on customers.</p>
