Outsurance

About 3 years ago I had a burst water pipe that flouded my entire house. We contacted outsurance to report the claim and they sent a Company to assessed the damage of my kitchen cupboards. The assessor from Outsurance came to assessed the cupboards and approved the claim to fixed the cupboards. Outsurance appointed a Company call High Standards projects from Centurion to undertake the repairs. They have only fixed some of the panels that clearly reflected the water damaged at that point in time. They did not replaced the kitchen cupboards and due to the delay affect that the water has on the remaining panels that was not replaced started to disintegrate. I have granite tops in my kitchens due to the weight of these tops and the disintegrating panels of the cupboards is now causing the grancite tops to shack. I have requested Outsurance since October previous year to come and repair these cupboards under the water damaged claim and up to date only received one assessor after the other to come reassessed the cupboards with no resolution nor communication from outsurance.

The original assessment of the water damage by both the Outsurance and the company that was instructed to repair the damages was incorrect and only visible damage at that time was corrected. It is common knowledge that once presswood was expose to water it will overtime disintegrate. This was not identified nor corrected by this company and Outsurance.

The changes are increasing day by day due to the sacking of the tops they might brake and resulted damaged will surely not for my account as this matter was already brought under the attention of Outsurance.

I have requested Outsurance on numerous occasions to sent me a reputable Company to fixed my cupboards with no communication from them..
