Outsurance

<p>We would like to give a big shout out to Outsurance for the way in which our claim was handled and payment expedited. Having been claim-free for 20years and then having to deal with a burglary was both disturbing and draining. We lodged the claim with Paul who guided us patiently through this first phase. Thereafter the assessor, Quentin, called on us at our home. He immediately set us at ease with what was a difficult process. He was friendly, sympathetic and explained everything he had to do clearly and patiently. He even gently went out of his was to make suggestions to improve security and ensure we are always sufficiently covered. Thereafter he regularly followed up with calls to advise where the claim was in the process and always emphasizing that he was available for any queries or concerns we may have had.
