Outsurance 65 zero excess
Just want to point out that when and if you reach 65 (retired) and you are entitled to an Excess free policy from Outsurance so they say, its not actually Excess Free as they increase your premium. I was shocked when I reached retirement and told them that I had reached that special time in life and they wanted to increase my premium by R800 to remove the excess. The excess is around R2000 so do the maths. I was told by Outsurance (recorded) a few months ago that they made a mistake and the excess should be removed but no mention of a premium increase. Still happy with Outsurance but wanted to point out that Outsurance must tell us about the premium increase for excess zero at 65.
