OUTSURANCE

I had a Checkers 60/60 Motor Bike Rider hit me from the back whilst I was stationery at a Robot looking to turn right and waiting for incoming traffic to clear. He damaged my right tail light. I parked opposite and took his details and gave him mine. After reporting it to Checkers I found out that Pingodeliver is the company these people work for (a joint venture with Shoprite Holdings) Anyway he provided me with a BURUNDI LICENSE (on a South African road) ...they advised me to contact Outsurance who are their insurers. Outsurance came back to me stating they refuse my claim because their rider gave a different version to mine. Firstly he only responded after I reported to Checkers (Durban North), Secondly the person at Outsurance refused to say anything about his BURUNDI LICENSE or hitting someones car from the back, instead that STUPID lady (Outsurance legal) quoted a case (Case Law) involving two BUSES. Where the one bus hit another from the back...I mean how can they OUTSURANCE use that as a basis to refute a claim! I am taking this to SMALL CLAIMS COURT!
