OUTSURANCE
<p>Outsurance issued an insurance policy on my attorney trust account, without my knowledge or permission. Refuses to refund all the money. Clearly they do not comply with FICA. Wilbur Smith, who signed the policy, is unreachable. So I have reported them for ***** and also laid a complaint with FICA. Next I will contact my Law Society. Maybe Wilbur Smith will return my calls then</p>
