Outsurance

We been with outsurance for 20 years now... and we referred multiple family members we all will be canceling due to their *********** service, it's sad to say that after the 20 years when we in need of outsurance co-operation they fail to give us the required service. We been through multiple agents who don't know what's going on and and always unable to get through to the main person dealing with the claim.

Our vehicle is a old 2012 model so it is old and any old item will eventually deteriorate After our road accident the engine blew up. Outsurance gave us the go ahead that they will either replace the engine or write off the cat we accepted the replacement of the engine.

After going to kzn panel beaters after they stripped the car open , they provided a dekra report indicating that the damage was not cause of the accident but because it was a mechanical damage.

Futher to their assumption, they provided the vehicle back to us dismantled everything , the car basically looks like s**** now.

We are not sure if we should proceed to take legal action or complain to the ombudsman, we tried with outsurance but they have not service for their clients been through multiple agents to resolve.
