Outsurance
I have put a claim with Outsurance on the 12/05/2026 I’m in Vanderbijlpark, they wanted me to take the car to Kemptinpark for assessment I told them why can’t the assessor come to the panel beaters of their choice They said I should take a photo of my car and send it to them They told me that the car is costing less than my access. When I called the panel beaters and ask them how are they going to repair the car They told me they never gave Outsurance a quote When I called Outsurance they told that they are allowed to use second hand parts on my vehicle But they never explained that to me when I was talking the insurance They said I should pay for my car My car was bumped at the back I’m disappointment with Outsurance treatment

Your concerns were discussed and Lynnette also sent you documents regarding the usage of second hand parts. Your claim has been authorised and our service provider will strip the vehicle. Any addition and unforeseen damage related to the incident claimed for, will then be accounted for.
