outsurance

<p>After having my vehicles insured for nearly 12 years with Outsurance i have now been hit with a 47% increase in my premium and this is due to me making a claim last year 47% increase!!!!!!,</p> <p> </p> <p>It was my 1st claim in 12 years and the value of the claim less than 10k</p> <p> </p> <p>Even the consultants that tried to assist me were shocked surprised and even appalled by this occurance.After 2 days of going back and forth with the call centre I was advised this was not an error and premiums are system generated and no adjustments could be made.</p> <p> </p> <p>After 12 years of loyal support I am also keen to know why I was never ever offered a reduction in my premium for the 11 years I made no claims.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
