We were recently approached by Rave Naidoo from Outsurance and although we were reluctant to change he changed out minds due to the fact that he was so thourough with his information and actually showed us things that we weren't even aware of, he was polite, and stuck to his word every single time and is there for you every time you pic up the phone, his customer service is really the best we have received when it comes to insurance. We are really impressed and happy we moved.
