OUTSURANCE 40 ways to TAKE, NOT save you money !

On Fri 05.12.2014 an outsurance client employee drove into the back of my bakkie causing damage, he admitted & apologised, he phoned his boss who told me not to worry that he was insured with Outsurance, both the driver and myself got a Case No from the Norwood Police station.<br> Outsurance gave me a claim Number, contacted me, for an assessment for 07.01.2014<br> I was then told there client needs to pay the excess for them to pay me out, on phone calls to Lynnet Govender over the months was told that the funds were available (not once but on at least 3 OCCASSIONS) and ready to be transferred into my account but was waiting for the excess to be paid, she sent numerous e-mails to her client he still needs to pay his excess for them to pay me out for my damages,<br> Now in Oct (8 months later) was told the R26000.00 plus damages to my vehicle exceeds 70% of the value of my vehicle which was R56000.00 so they'll not going to pay me out !<br> 70% of R56000 is R39200 not R26000.<br> Then a day latter i was told that i must claim or Sue directly from there client as it was his problem to settle the claim.<br> So don't pay your excess then Outsurance don't have to settle the claim is what they'll saying !<br> <br> <br> <br>
