OUTSURANCE 4 Days no Grace

Have a policy with Outsurance for more than 20 years, all my cars, goods and contents, last claimed 2019 when our vehicle was ****** at Westgate. Had geyser damage on 8 October 2025, out bonus due on 12 October 2025. Claims dept insisted I would forfeit my R10.000 out bonus and an additional R3000 for access hence would lose R13.000 to repair or replace geyser, claim was concluded 13 October by Outsurance. opted to cancel the claim and afford geyser repair privately, Outsurance could have deducted access from out bonus which would have been fair, Regards
