Outsurance 3rd party cover giving me the runaround

<p>An Outsurance client bumped into my car from the back. She was courteous and we exchanged information, got the case number and she gave me the claim number once she had claimed. The owner of the car is my uncle and he asked me to manage the claim process. We have been sending information for almost a year and each time more information is needed. We are now lost for words and actions. My uncle incurred costs in fixing the car and now Outsurance wants more images of the accident. </p>
