Outsurance 3rd party claims is the worse!

So disheartening that Outsurance refuses to honour a third party claim lodged with them, even after a dispute they still not honouring. They would rather believe their client who was fault story. Asking me to provide footage of the incident, but not asking their client the same. So because i am a 3rd party claimant i need to provide that knowing that i don’t have such a thing. Also just a loophole for them not to pay!!

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.

Our legal manager, Lawrence, provided you with feedback yesterday. Every claim is dealt with on its own merits. We base our decision on case law and information at our disposal. Our decision to refute liability remains unchanged.

We do apologise for the disappointing outcome of your 3rd party claim.
