Outsurance 3rd party claim

Outsurance client crushed into my car, we were turning joining the N1 south from Samrand. while we were stoping at the robort waiting for the on coming cars to pass the client drove into my lane and scrashed my right hand passenger door and the tyre as well as the rear part near the back bumper. i did avoid her as she would have scrashed the driver door. but i coulding face the oncoming traffic so i ddi my best i until i didnt have anywhere to go. so they assessed her car and it costed +4000 to fix it and she decided to fix it her self because her access is 4000. now outsurance 3rd party claim should fix my car after 2full months they telling me im liable 40% for this damage and their client 60%. im asking how is that beause theor client admitted to them that she didnt see the line thats why she crosed to my lane and damaged my car. but still they dont want to pay out. at 1st i was told it will take 6weeks for this to be sorted even today i havent received the papers to put my banking details so they deposit the money for the accident that happened on the 02 August 2016. i just think this insurance is so bad. the manager **** to me saying their client car was not damaged and when im talkign to their client she says the car went for assessment and the dmage costed +4000. if the manage can lie what more on their staff. and they dont keep to their promises 6weeks is becaming 3months now. please help in this issue.

my claim reference ********** 51

We understand your disappointment as well as your concern about incorrect information you received regarding our client's vehicle damage, and apologise for this.

Our liability claims manager, Corrie contacted you and discussed the reasoning behind our initial settlement offer after apportionment. Corrie has since amended the offer which has been forewarded to you.

He also explained we missed our own client's vehicle damage, as they did not submit a claim and we therefore had no assessment report on the latter.

We endeavour finalising your claims as soon as you have decided to proceed as you elected to discuss same with your insurer.

Regards

Dinky
