OUTsurance
I want to say a big thank you to Faith Khumalo that assisted me. I have recently moved, and my premium went up with a significant amount R1100,00 per month. I was about to cancel my insurance with OUTsurance as I could afford the higher premium. I explained to her my security measures that is currently in place, and don't understand why the premium went up with so much. She looked at my profile and saw I am a client of OUTsurance for almost 16 year. She managed to provide me with a more reasonable premium. She made me feel valued and that my concerns and fear of not having insurance matter to her. A big thank you Faith Khumalo!!!
