Outsurance

Hi Hellopeter.i need your assistance.im a 3rd party applicant to an accident that occurred on the 27th December 2020 towards my vehicle.the client who crashed into my car is an outsurance client.client advised she has insurance and not to worry as she is fully responsible for crashing into me from behind.the client contacted outsurance.a claim was processed.client gave me the claim number to do the 3rd party claim.i did call in and did submit all necessary requested documents.i was contacted once after and was advised that they awaiting a driver.till now no accessors have visited to access my car.i reside in Pretoria and work in Robertsham jhb south and its extremely difficult to get to work and back home daily without my vehicle.i feel why must I suffer for an accident that was done by another and why is the insurance making me wait this long as the accident was of no fault of mine.i need your assistance ASAP in getting my vehicle sorted asap.
