Worst insurance company. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. I had a R200k car recently bought and I did a trade in. I’ve been insured with them for a while and they were just meant to swap over to this new car. They then wanted to charge me R7000 per month on my personal car! My previous car they also charged me R2770 per month on a 2018 model but wouldn’t pay if my damages were less then R10 000. What’s the point of this car insurance???????? I’m so disappointed in them and will never use them again. They also kept debiting off my account for life insurance which I cancelled months ago. Took me to call them over two weeks just to cancel it after taking it off my account for a few months. Very disappointed in them.

Clients also have the choice of increasing or reducing the excess amounts payable.
