Outsurance
i had an accident at work and was laid off on dissability , i had on my policy a dissability cover and was then informed that they will not pay out because a year back i was in hospital for brongitis and did not informed outsurance , my accident which was a broken hip and the two had reflect on each other , then my policy was also cancelled and i therefore lost all payment made to Ousurance.

Our claims manager Jacques has since been in contact with you to discuss the claim and rejection in detail with you. He has also further explained that the reason for the rejection was not solely based on the fact that you were hospitalised due to bronchitis.
We firmly believe that your claim is not valid in terms of our agreement with you. Our decision to reject your claim remains unchanged.
