Outsurance

In the middle of March 2025 I asked for a qoute, they did phone me right away. As we talked on, the rep asked for my details and all but then she said they will send me a confirmation email, I did NOT receive one and then at the end of the month(1 April 2025) outsurance dedicated money without my consent. In my opinion, it counts as *****. At least the bank made a reversal for me, but still this is unacceptable.
