Outsurance

Outsurance is *************. Greetings to everyone. This is to warn you about this company. After the floods that ravaged durban in April we then informed Outsurance of the damage to our driveway. They came promptly to check and after few days a quotation was given to us and we were happy with it and signed and the work started. As the work was in progress for at least 3 weeks we got a SHOCK of our lives that they changed our quotation without informing us, and the amount of work that was to be done to driveway was reduces from 110 square meters to 30 square meters. All this happens without talking to us nor giving us a chance to have an in put. This is nothing but bullying us the premium payers and a total disregard of the people they are suppose to serve with professionalism. We are so disappointed.
