Outsurance
Incorrect deduction of funds. I have a policy with Outsurance. On Saturday they deducted R 2033, with out any notification or agreement to deduct such an amount. The Deductions are usually R 1800 and got no notification of an increase. It is so embarrassing when they take funds meant for other budgets. Like in this instance it was for my child bus fare back to school, imagine I was forced to borrow money else where

Nadia contacted you and after having reviewed all relevant underwriting criteria on your policy, she managed to reduce your premium to your satisfaction.
