Outsurance

Good day,i had a big problem with outsurance,i joined them about 2 and a half months ago because i was told that they were the best insuranse company in sa,i was involved in a car accident about 3 weeks ago,i phoned them to claim for my car but 2 weeks after that my claim was turned down because the lady that i drove into told them that my wife was the driver not me,firstly my wife cant drive because she has a very bad hurnia and it looks like she is pregnant,she does not fit behind the steering weel!!secondly the lady that i drove into was under the influence of alcahol,when we told her that we must phone the police she insisted that we dont phone the police,and she made a illigal turn without indecating to turn,i have a video clip to prove this and i can provide a photo as proof to my wife's condition,now THEY stopped my insurance and i have to fix my own car.is that how insurance company's work?taking the guilty persons side and because she has been longer with them than me?
