OUTSURANCE

I have done a quote with OUTSURANCE and they could not beat my existing quote and I am claim free for over three years so should be entitled to R800. as advertised on all media platforms

I have received an email confirming this and also that the offer has an expiry date. I have called outsurance numerous times and can never get hold of REFILWE who is apparently in charge of this promotion. I have left about 10-15 messages for her to call me back but never does. If this "promotion" is true why have i not received the R800 yet and why can i never get hold of "Refilwe" The lady that assisted me with the quote said its not her problem shes in sales
