Outsurance

I've been a customer with Outsurance for almost two years now and have previously quite pleased with their service. But today I got a call from them wanting me to give out numbers of friends and family. The more I said no the more the guy on the other line harassed me, I should've just hung up, but politely said no again. Then after telling him most of my friends and family are with Outsurance and giving him numbers of those I knew were with Outsurance to prove it he put me through to get a life insurance quote, which I don't believe in and didn't ask for. I'm extremely irritated with this and the likelihood of me referring a friend to them now has declined. When someone says no to you, let them and don't harass them like this especially since I have been referring people to Outsurance and telling them how good their service is.
