Outsurance

Two years a client of Outsurance crashed into my car and he acknowledged that he was wrong and he gave all evidence to Outsurance as he was paying 3rd party which he told me his covered for R3m and till today they haven't fixed my car or pay the quotation,they even told me i should sue City of Joburg cause their cleint didn't see the stop sign and now the case is in court and they are refusing to fix my car.My car is written off and they offered me an amount which i felt it was an insult
