Outsurance 15% discount to customers
Outsurance indicated an 15% adjustment to my insurance for the month of May, as their contribution to the COVID_19 situation. I called in and was told that the email sent out was incorrectly phrased. This is rediculous. Why publicly communicate what you do not implement.

We are sorry if our notification to our clients caused any confusion. This was not the intention at all. All debit orders in May will have the 15% discount allocated towards vehicle cover. Your next debit in May will therefore be the discounted amount. We appreciate your feedback.
