Outsurance

I have had the most pleasant experience with Outsurance today. I called them to inform them about challenges I'm going through at work. Nadia Samuel's spoke to me in a way that kept my respect and dignity intact as we went through how Outsurance could best help me stay insured by making a few small changes and still have peace of mind which is priceless. After today, I don't look at Outsurance as a service provider, I regard them as family. All Nadia was concerned about was me as a widow who needed help and not as an account number. That is priceless.
