Outsuranace- Dissapointed service

What an eye opener I had with Outsurance!!!! A Pipe burst at night at my house and I had to put in a claim. I was helped with a plumber but all he could do was fix the pipe for the moment. My wife, son and me was forced to sleep in a wet, cold house on an inflatable matress in winter because all the bedding was wet. After reading my policy I noticed that Outsurance was liable for booking us into a place to stay for the night that they did not do. But that was not all.. After going through a lot of trouble getting quotes on the damaged furniture and bedding - I was told that they would refurbish an expensive bedroom set I had that had water damage - the third party of Outsurance send me back the ottoman of this set and it looked more damaged than it was. I had much trouble speaking to all the party's involved in this claim and I am very dissapointed in the service they provided me. I had to make a lot of phone calls and a lot of my time was spent handling all the inquiries they had. My policy are paid every month and I expect a service as promised by them. They did not come through for me and I am very dissapointed in their service. I am looking into other insurance companies for now.
